About Early Marriage Years
Early Family Years is dedicated to providing resources to strengthen couples and enrich their relationships in their early years of marriage. The focus is placed on relationships between the couple instead of parenting advice. There is strong emphasis on the first 7 years of marriage to help couples solidify their relationship and avoid pitfalls that lead to divorce.

Julia is a Court Registered Marriage Preparation Provider for Palm Beach and Broward Counties. She is a certified Prepare/Enrich counselor and a trained PREP/CPREP Instructor. She is also the Church Counselor at Lake Worth First Church of the Nazarene. She is a certified support group facilitator and has done crisis work with caregivers of Alzheimer's patients. She provided premarital education and marriage enrichment to couples in Dallas, Texas and Lake Worth, Florida.
Julia is completing her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology in West Palm Beach, Florida with a specialty in mental health and marriage/family therapy. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in music from University of Texas in Arlington, Texas. She is a student member of the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors.
Julia is married to Julius Sanna, a jazz guitarist and music/youth pastor at Lake Worth First Church of the Nazarene. They have a wonderful toddler son, Jude Sanna, who is an emerging soccer player and musician! Their favorite past time is creating music.
Julia and Julius participated in the PREPARE/ENRICH program in 1999 and believe it was the best investment they ever made in their relationship!
