We feature 2 separate highly validated programs for married couples. The first one is Prepare/Enrich offered through Life Innovations, Inc and PREP/CPREP offered through Prep Inc.  

With either program we offer a free optional bonus session - "Advanced Sex Education for Married Couples". Christian couples have an added benefit of receiving Biblical sexual enrichment information!

The ENRICH & MATE inventories from PREPARE/ENRICH

Both inventories focus on married couples needing enrichment or thinking of marriage counseling.  Although ENRICH & MATE do not replace the need for extensive marriage therapy, they can greatly reduce areas of conflict and help the couple learn to deal with previously avoided issues.

ENRICH includes the following categories:

Marriage Satisfaction, Sexual Relationship, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Personality Scales, Financial Management, Spiritual Beliefs, Children & Parenting, Friends, Family of Origin, Couple & Family map, Leisure Activities, Roles in the Relationship 

MATE (Couples over 50) includes the following categories:

Life Transitions, Health, Role Changes, Intergenerational Issues, Sexual Relationship, Personality Scales, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Personality Issues, Financial Management, Spiritual Beliefs, Family & Couple Map, Leisure Activities

How It Works

If you live in the South Florida: Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie or Broward Counties, you can physically participate in the program sessions with the Prepare/Enrich counselor.

Here's what to expect:

  • 3 to 5 personalized marriage enrichment sessions
  • A certificate of completion
  • The couple’s marriage workbook
  • Scripture listing for all categories covered
  • A brief summary of the inventory report
  • A marriage gift book of your choice among four
  • Bonus free session on Advanced Sex Education for married couples
  • Referral to a married couples group and other resources

The Couple Will Learn How To:

  • Expand their communication
  • Solve problems in a new way
  • Identify areas of growth
  • Improve skills in resolving conflict
  • Increase the vitality and happiness of their marriage

 PREP/CPREP Program

PREP stands for Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program and can be offered as CPREP which integrates Christian teachings or PREP which is non-religious.  The program is offered in 5-8 (1.5hr) sessions. Issues dealt with include communication, danger signs, physical & spiritual oneness etc. The sessions are indepth, thought provoking, eye opening and life changing.

Couples learning from this program often report an increased depth and awareness in their relationship resulting in deeper intimacy, understanding and love. Of course, results vary depending on each couples circumstances and willingness to work on issues.
